Great management

The maintenance wasn't great. I don't think they ever got my issues fixed. However, the management was great. She was always responsive and friendly. The place itself was nice, clean, and spacious, so maintenance were only addressing minor things. Located in lower Queen Anne, so close to many things and transportation. There are some homeless near Safeway, so it can get...interesting.

Best move ever

I rented this apartment after only seeing it via zoom, I was moving to the city without knowing exactly where I was going to end up, and I fell in love immediately. On moving day, I walked in my new front door and audibly said "wow" I was so amazed and giddy to call this space my new home. The staff has been absolutely lovely about responding to my needs, has been more than helpful with setting up utilities and have been so clear about their needs and expectations. My only gripe is that the garage is small and always full, BUT there's plenty of street permit parking in the neighborhood, which makes for a great excuse to pop into the small businesses on the walk to my car when I need it!
