Apartment review

The quality of my apartment does not reflecf the amount of money I pay in rent. The walls and floors are extremely thin and I can hear things I shouldn't be able to. For example, i can hear my upstairs neighbors's pee stream. When i am in my children's room we can here the upstairs neighbors having s conversation, and i know they arent being loud. I can hear them cough...its not supposed to be like that.

The first year living here was just fine about the only issue I had was the visitor parking and how far away my spot was from my apartment. After the first year there was management turn over, there is still not enough visitor parking, I had filed complaints about neighbors smoking and screaming between hours of 10pm-5am and nothing had ever came of it. I lived with a fridge that did not work for over 6 months it worked off and on and had lost food. The apartments are cheaply put together and need alot of work. You do jot get what you pay for here at these apartments.
