Moved in a little over a month ago, and honestly, I really like it here. One of the main reasons I moved from my last apartment was noise, and this place has been quiet and comfortable. The complex is older, but very well maintained, which I actually prefer. A lot of newer apartments feel too small and built strictly for profit. This place feels more traditional and comfortable, and I don’t feel packed in like cattle. The apartments are a good size, and the covered decks are a huge plus. Even the layout feels more open than most newer complexes. Maybe it’s just me, but even the doorways seem larger. The only issue I had was the carpet. When I first moved in, there was a faint smell, but the carpets had just been cleaned so I didn’t think much of it. The next day, though, the urine smell became overwhelming. I tried everything — carpet powder, essential oils, incense, keeping the sliding door cracked — nothing worked. I eventually used a black light and found stains throughout the carpet and even on the blinds near the sliding glass door. I recorded a video and showed management. To their credit, they handled it immediately. Maintenance and the carpet contractor came out Monday, and by Friday I was getting completely new carpet, padding, and a pet barrier layer installed. I honestly expected maybe another cleaning or partial replacement, not a full replacement. Very professional response and handled quickly. I was genuinely impressed. Unless rent prices eventually push me out, I have no plans on leaving. Other than the carpet issue, this place has been a solid 5-star experience for me.

I like my patio. The walls are thin as is the ceiling so noise is always an issue. Im in a busy location so the outside noise is fairly constant. That said i do like the location as its accessible to freeways and stores. The outside landscape is lovely and thr maintainence staff is very good,
