Great area, steep rent hikes

We love everything about our apartment and the are we live. The only issue we have had is that the rent seems to really hike up each year despite similar apartments being advertised for hundreds less online.

You have to be a lamp person. The natural light in the bottom floor units is nearly nonexistent. Depressing. When we pay rent we say “paying for the gate!” Because I’m not entirely sure where our raised rent goes. It’s mid.

Beautiful place to live

This place is a beautiful place to live the staff are wonderful, the maintenance is wonderful and gets the job done a quick there is no garbage around and clean with beautiful landscape, this place is a great place to live

Not luxury but pricey

Unfortunately we are dissatisfied as per poor service and price increase of 45% after 6 month of living. Their prices are much higher than most apartments offer in Vancouver but they continue to increase it on regular basis.
