Limited regular parking

Having available parking next to my building tends to be hit or miss. In theory, there should be enough regular parking near my building assuming the five other tent families have two cars each, even with the premium parking taking up most of the lot. However, I have often found myself having to park two-three buildings away from my unit. Additionally, there is often broken glass and/or animal excrements on the gravel mediums that lead to some of the parking spots, making it, at times, a treacherous walk to my vehicle. Staff are overall kind and helpful. Maintenace here is amazing, and have seen them go the extra mile for some of the tenants.

Maintenance

i am currently livinging at riverpointe apartments, the workers are not very helpful, maintenance in these apartments arr a lot we are always having problems with the air conditioning, and currently washer is not working, to file maintenance to come is difficult to find having to go to different places, ive had a problme with air conditioning 3 times already in less then 9 months and they yet still have not fixed it right… weve tried communicating that with the staff and all they can say and tell us is “please go file a maintaince issue and then we can send someone over” which by the way maintance people do not do theyre jon properly if we are constantly needing to call them and file maintenance issues…

It's a nice place to live. It's just not a great value.

The washer can only do small loads. It leaks all over the floor if you try to do a medium or large load. I enjoy the layout of the apartment. There is noise, but it's in a busy place with young people. Everyone I have met here is very nice. I'm 50, but I really enjoying being around younger couples and families.
