Studio is the perfect amount of space for one person and is in a super convenient location. Love the amenities - pool, hot tub, gym, and in unit washer and dryer. Can hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors pretty well but they’re usually respectful and quiet by 10 or 11 pm

A lot of miscommunication between staff and residents Maintenance isn’t up to par seemed like they didnt care to fix it to 100% Price is to expensive to be renting

When I first moved in the price of the apartment I thought was decently reasonable. Now its about $500 more per month than I was paying 4 years ago. And now we have some kind of security people that monitor the place I guess. I understand there is inflation but these new prices are not that reasonable for what we got here. For the most part though it is quiet here from my experience and that is a huge plus.
