Good quality
While the price is a bit expensive, the value for what you get is better than a lot of other places in the Tri-Cities. The maintanence staff is very prompt and the location is conveniently location near work and grcoery stores. I would highly recommend to others who don’t nevessarily want a giant space.
Pretty Good Place
Parking is not the best, is you work a typical 9-5 good luck finding parking when you get off work. The location is great since it is walking distance to tons of shops and a quick drive to freeway access. The management has changed a lot in the 2+ years I've lived here, with varying customer service qualities. Appliances could use an update, but at least maintenance is pretty quick to resolve issues.
