Quiet Area

I have lived here for almost a year. My pros are that it is quiet, spacious and close to stores. One of the things that I am not a big fan of is the outdated amenities and limited parking spots. Other than that I enjoy my apartment

Needs improvements.

The current manager and maintenance are great. That has not been the case often and Avenue 5 has often been dismissive of tenant concerns. Amenities are good when they are actually available. Things are often slow to be fixed and the apartments themsepves are extremely dated and in need of major renovations.
