Ok but not a value
The buildings are old and some units have not been updated or maintaned properly. As I request repairs have been made. My unit has just needed extra attention as i believe it was not used gentle prior.

Parking is bad
Lots of room in the apartment the parking is not good at all for guests and can not see the numbers clearly so guests know where they can and can't park other then that I like these apartments a lot
