Overall the facility is adequate however a bit overpriced for level of maintenance and amenitiy availability.

I have lived here several years and enjoy my apartment and the location. Storage closet and assigned parking are a plus, as is the fact that there are not a lot of children here. Maintenance is responsive.

The buildings are old and some units have not been updated or maintaned properly. As I request repairs have been made. My unit has just needed extra attention as i believe it was not used gentle prior.
