My family and I have been living here since 2022 and have not had any issues with the staff and maintenance. Along with any location/home/apartment, you can run into troublesome neighbors, but la verde staff have been open to fixing any issues to make our lives easier. Will continue calling this place home until we are able make the move into a house!

Every time i am in need of something (maintenance, contact, etc.) the staff gets back to me in a reasonable time. Maintenance has been great and quick and I always get an answer back from the office when I call with any questions. Great apartments to live in for a good while before finding forever home.

I've lived here for over 4 years and I love it. They have done some nice updates to the outside of the units and the pool.

My wife, kids and I had nothing but problems living at the La verda appartements. Had a druck that lived across from us. The hvac went out 1 summer and it took a month before it was finally replaced. After moving out we were charged $250 just because a smoke detector was missing a $6 dollar battery! For what they charge a month now I would highly recommend a different appartement complex. That and alot of pedophiles live close by as well.
