Good apt but leasing office unresponsive sometimes

My experience so far is great. Its hard to get some things done quickly especially when you can’t visit the front desk- sometimes even with follow ups I don’t get a response via email. Sometimes it’s quick. Maintenance requests are always taken care of well through portal.

Love this community

One of the smoothest move in process ever. Rose and everyone that’s a part of the team has been excellent and reapinsive tonourive in needs. Almost no stone left inturned as they accomodated our requests and provided accomodations. Very happy to he here

Wall is thin. Parking spot is small. Overall is a good place and good price for apartment in redmond downtown

I like living he, very walkable, very friendly, just expensive like most places in Downtown Redmond.

Maintanence turnaround time is very slow

Escalator took months to fix. The cable machine in the gym has been broken for months and is still not fixed. The lights in my fridge have not been working properly for more than a month already and has still not been fixed. I like the apartment building and the staff but I wish the maintanence activities occured faster.
