I moved here in 2026, and I have been loving my stay here as well as the interactions with the leasing office staff. The maintenance is really quick, and the location is amazing. I would highly recommend checking out this place if your priority is a clean, quiet, and smooth living setting in downtown Redmond.

My experience so far is great. Its hard to get some things done quickly especially when you can’t visit the front desk- sometimes even with follow ups I don’t get a response via email. Sometimes it’s quick. Maintenance requests are always taken care of well through portal.

One of the smoothest move in process ever. Rose and everyone that’s a part of the team has been excellent and reapinsive tonourive in needs. Almost no stone left inturned as they accomodated our requests and provided accomodations. Very happy to he here

Escalator took months to fix. The cable machine in the gym has been broken for months and is still not fixed. The lights in my fridge have not been working properly for more than a month already and has still not been fixed. I like the apartment building and the staff but I wish the maintanence activities occured faster.
