Maintanence turnaround time is very slow

Escalator took months to fix. The cable machine in the gym has been broken for months and is still not fixed. The lights in my fridge have not been working properly for more than a month already and has still not been fixed. I like the apartment building and the staff but I wish the maintanence activities occured faster.

Amazing community

I've lived here for 5 months and my experience has been nothing but positive. I would say this is the best apartment experience I've had in the past 9 years. The apartment has been maintained very well overall. The community managers Brooke and Jacob are super helpful and responsive with all my inquiries and needs. The move-in process was smooth and Brooke wrote me a card on the day of move-in. I really appreciate their warm welcome and attention to detail, it shows their dedication and care for the residents. And their positive attitude and responsibility have been consistent during my time living here. I would highly recommend Station House to anyone who considers living in this area, as I can't compliment enough and my positive experience can speak for itself!

An honest review

I have lived here for 5months during 2022 and also starting September this year. The amenities, turnaround time for maintenance requests and also the value for the money spent is a 100% justified. Absolutely in love with the community. The apartments are extremely clean as well and this is a new community. The only problem is one of the staff whose name is Brooke Mauro which has recently started working and I have only known her after I moved into the community this year. I am very disappointed with her as once when I have left my belongings in the common area on a Sunday night as I got busy with my infant when she suddenly started crying and I happened to forget to collect them that night. Before I went to pick it up before the start of the next business day (I went during the early hours of Monday morning) and she happened to throw all my belongings including winter jackets of both mine and my baby's and also my kid's toys. I was deeply hurt with this as she should have at least waited till the next business day morning or at least send us an email like a warning before throwing them away.

During Covid

Parking is lower due to crowdedness, cost of parking, and the fact that there were break ins. Amenities are lower due to not being able to use them during covid. Otherwise would be 4 stars.
