Nice place, but isolated.
It's a very calm and peaceful place to live. But unfortunately, it's very difficult to get around the general area, especially on the weekends.

Amazing community
The Evans Creek community is quite amazing. The maintenance team quickly addresses resident concerns. The neighborhood is spectacular. This community has a really high walk score: Lake Sammamish trail is just a couple of minutes away and offers breathtaking views; it's close to Costco. The school district is amazing and the community is very close to a Transit Center (Bear Creek P&R). First floor units have an open balcony, giving the perception of having a private backyard.

Very poor experience with the staff. They are completely unfriendly and come up with policies as per their wish.

Good for location
I have loved living here, there are no noise problems, the maintenance people do a great job, and our privacy is respected. My only concern would be the ever growing cost of living here as the rent goes up each year, and despite the area we are in, it is a lot for just a 1 bed apartment.
