My apartment itself is great, the appliances and space is neat and new. The management, however, often focuses on the wrong things. Taking away the community share space is a bummer. Maybe focus the efforts on cleaning the stairway instead, that hallway is nasty!

Coming up on 3 months living at Aria, while there is alot that we love about our apartment and building there is some room for improvement. The property is always very well maintained and common areas are kept clean, you often see maintenance and cleaning staff tending to things throughout the week. It’s nkce to mive somehwere where it’s obvious that managment cares about the condition if the facilities. The apartments are spacious, modern, and smartly designed. The location is amazing with tons of cafes restaurants and trails within walking distance. Now for the not so great: upon moving in I was told that the stacked parking was “idiot proof” and it was made to sound like any issues or malfunctions were a rarety. In my mere months here, I have literally lost count of the amount if times there is an error message on the screen. Im not just talking about someone forgettinng to close their stall, but an error message prompting me to call management. This has made me late to work or meetings once or twice or made it so that i have to uber to work (and back). This obviously adds up, especially when im already paying for parking. While maintenance team is very relaible and responsive, the office staff is a mixed bag. I’ve had some very pleasant exchanges with some of the team members and then i’ve had others that are down right rude and condiscending. They also don’t seem to be super organized in their internal communications and that leads to frustrating situations or wrong information being communicated. I understand that managing apartments can be a hard job, it’s people’s housing you are dealing with at the end of the day. That makes professionalism even more paramount in my opinion. This feedback is’nt meant to bash anyone, bur rather to share my perspective as a tennant on areas of possible growth.

I have been living at Aria for a couple of years, and have always been very happy here. The staff are all lovely people who do a great job, the amenities are kept nicely and I love the roof garden. The gym is very up to date with Pelatons and a LuLu Lemon mirror. The location is excellent, with most of Redmond's best eateries and shops within walking distance. It will also be very close to the station when it is finished. You can catch the bus to Seattle right down the street. Aria is very secure, and it is easy to get mail and packages. The staff keep us up to date on what is happening in the building. My loft is very nice and quiet; even though my neighbor has a large dog I never hear her. The building is animal friendly.

Stayed here from April 23 to Feb 24. Really liked being here. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of mountains + Anderson park. All grocery stores (American, Indian, others) are in close vicinity at a walking distance. I highly recommend living here.
