Best price for storage i could find, rarely get statements but other then that no complaint

the value for the price was a better than fair, facility is secure and convenient location, in climate controlled area

Nobody ever returns emails nor do i get my requested mailed or emailed statements as requested

Parking is good, the owner was very pleasant and easy to work with at move in time. Washers and dryers are nice, rent is reasonable. No real complaints.

Very disappointed in residence. Maintenance is non-existent and staff even worse. When there is an emergency they are not responsive and unconcerned. When my lease is up I am gone!

The apartment itself is adequate however, the property management is poor to say the least. They don't respond to complaints, they are very lax in maintaining the outside property (stairway, hallway, elevator) as they are all filthy and the management never responds to complaints. Interaction with staff is poor as they act like they are doing you a favor when they answer the phone. If you leave a message they never return your calls. Once my lease is over I will be moving.
