Spacious Units

Rent prices may be a bit pricey, but that's the market, unfortunately. I like that I can get a 2 bedroom for the price of a one compared to other communities in the area. (Downside, you can hear everything from above floors) The staff are always nice and awesome resident events. I don't like the fact that there a limited uncovered parking spots, as it forces most to pay for a spot($40/month). Another pool would be great!

Needs some improvement

Miss previous manager. Maintenance hurries through repairs and has to come back multiple times. Still have leaking faucets

Valet trash

You know in December, we had about a week or so without valet trash pickup. I am disappointed that we did not get a price break/reduction for the inconvenience. I know it has gotten better but prior to the new year I would come home at 10 or 11 pm and my trash was still not picked up.

The Sinclair

Utilities are cheaply made. The handle on the refrigerator broke with normal use, the blinds have binded and no longer rotate open, the telescoping faucet in the kitchen no longer extends at the full length it used to, and the guest bathroom toilet seat cracked with normal use.
