I have lived here for 4 yrs. Love it. Close to everything, affordable and good neighbors. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This apartment complex is old and looks it. That being said, we're not getting charged top dollar for it either. As for the nitty gritty: everything is old and worn but works, the few breakdowns I've had have been promptly repaired, and while the parking spot is narrow, there is usually plenty of room to turn and get the right angle. I've also never had anyone try to use it, though I've been blocked in before. The neighborhood is fairly packed (for Longview) so sometimes it gets noisy. The walls are thin and when the neighbors argue or their kids are out of control I hear all about it. The laundry room can be a source of contention since there are only two washers (one of which breaks down frequently) and the units are fairly packed, but it's one of the cheapest coin-op washers I've encountered so I make it work. Recommended if you are looking for an inexpensive place to live. You could do a lot worse for the price.
