I've lived here a few months. There were a couple issues when we first moved in but were all quickly addressed by the maintenance team. The unit did not come with an AC but for what we pay is a great deal. Some of the appliances could use an update but everything works just fine. I could not ask for a nicer location as it is only a couple blocks from the center of town.

It is very quiet, yard maintenance is exceptional. The apartment itself was extremely clean when I moved in. The staff at Rodman Realty are very nice and helpful.

Its been good so far. The only downfal is that it hets super dusty in the apartment and it gets hot in the living toom when i turn on the the stove.
