The storage facility is a constant mud pit eveytime accessing your unit your walking in and out of mud and puddles. Gutters leak and constanly drip on you when walking in and out of your unit. You are constantly tracking mud in and out of yoir hnit and car. Have called and complained 6 or 7 times with always the same excuse of we have sent it over to our contractor.

No loyalty to long term renters. Lack of maintenance but I get to pay higher rent. Raising rents to keep up with the market It’s only acceptable if you keep the property up to date.

I have rented from this storage for years. The gate is bent my units have been pried on there are holes in the metal doors

Hate to get in property barely opens and you can’t go inside without needing to wash your car after due to the mud pit it’s become
