Marjo Apartments

Overall pretty good place to live. Excellent location, but fairly small compared with other similarly situated properties. Staff isn't very responsive and repairs can take awhile. Laundry facilities aren't very good so i go to a laundromat instead.

The property manager is impossible to reach. I have called multiple times, left multiple messages and never received a return call. Maintenance is subpar. It took over 2 months to have my closet door repaired. The washers and dryers do not work well and need to be replaced. I dont even use them anymore and instead go the laundromat, which is more expensive and a hassle but at least my clothes get clean and dry. The rent is reasonable and the location is very nice.

So far staff seems responsive and property is well maintained
