It's hard to do an honest opinion of the apartment complex due to residents. There is usually garbage and paper and debris in the parking area. There seems to always be toys bikes we find socks at on our sidewalk. Right out our front door was a small little motorcycle that dripped oil all over the concrete I have said something several times I've even sent something to corporate but nothing's ever been done about it. It just a bad experience when you open your front door and it was a big oil stain on the concrete. The staff like I said shouldn't have put a little grade because I really don't know him I just hear it change your staff a lot. Maintenance is so so the job they did trying to find a leak in her ceiling to me was way below par he was cutting into sheetrock and the sheetrock dust was all over our kitchen we had to spend hours cleaning up sheetrock dust which should not have been our responsibility. So those things just make it not as enjoyable to live here.

The parking for guests could be a hit of miss. The pool and jacuzzi has been closed the entire time ive lived here, the staff is great! The trash service is amazing very helpful for a stay at home mom of a toddler.

Been having water bill issues. The valet living amenity is not something I opted for but will be charged a $25 fee that's non-optional.
