Decent, but not amazing

Employees are helpful and maintenance does a great job. It's very difficult to find parking if you don't want to pay extra. The complex frequently smells like pot even though you aren't supposed to smoke in the buildings.

Great place!

Britton Place is located in a great spot that is pretty quiet and tucked away. The parking issue can get a little crazy though and the hot tub isn’t always open year round, but having an onsite gym, pakage room and a dog park is pretty great. Also, it’s a really beautufil complex with very friendly and helpful staff. :)
