Fantastic neighborhood
Love living in the area I do. Maintenance does a great job and the top apartments are great with the vaulted ceilings. I just wished the treadmills, in the gym, worked and that their screens worked. They are often broken. The neighborhood is incredibly ideal for dog owners and those who enjoy some peace and quiet and access to the running trails.
Disappointed in Kent
I am not impressed with my “renovated” apartment, just words to chatge more rent. There is zero quality to my apartment.
Great affordable place to live
We had an amazing time with our stay at dockside. Maintenance would respond within the week to fix any issues we had, they sometimes even responded the next day. There is always parking available included with the rent right in front of our building. The team at dockside has done a great job from start to finish.
