Well Run

Really enjoy living here! The staff are always very friendly. The maintenance is really on top of any concerns. Neighbors are considerate of one another. There were some car alarms going off awhile ago, and the apartment management took the concern seriously, by including law enforcement/security presence. Beautiful area, and always well maintained.

Super old property

I have been living at The Timbers for over 4 years. I have known of the apartments for over 30 years. It seems they have the same disgusting mold problem they did 30 years ago and i think it has damaged my child and I. They do maintain things when they really should be replaced. The management is constantly changing and well that is a hassle also. I used to enjoy living there, but for the money it costs and the way it is managed, it just is not worth it anymore.
