Location is great! The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. Everyone minds their own business. It close to the freeway and stores which is very convenient. The apartment that have been fully upgraged are nice but there are still some that needs work.

Upkeep Of Apartment Complex

I have live at the Porchlight Apt. for 1 year,I love fact that maintenance crew keeps the garbage compactor clean as much as they can,they are really doing a excellent job keeping broke down vehicles out of the apartment complex,I will love for the apartment manager to have all resident remove car tires,appliances,big funitures,couches etc,off the patio,patio furnitures only so be allow,I have refers 2 residents and they are residing at the Porchlight presenting.
