Not impressed with this new ownership. Although the last manager focused towing cars and not solving work orders (apartment above went for over a month with a broken dryer). She's gone so I'm holding reserve on rating this company for a while. This is my second year here, and my fourth year with the Weidner Home properties. This new ownership leaves a lot to be desired. But we have another new manager, and he seems to know what he is doing. But spend more time and money fixing our issues instead of, or along with, the major repairs going on. Thank you

I’ve had a good experience living here. The community is quiet, the apartments are clean, and management has been helpful when needed. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and I enjoy the location and overall environment. It’s been a comfortable place to live and I would recommend it to others
