Since I have been here this property has been through 3 management companies, and the quality of renters has been getting worse each time. Noise has gotten out of hand, kids playing around assigned parked cars which has caused my front windshield to be busted on property. knowing that the property isn't going to take care of it, which I complain to. The leasing office never returns voice messages which I have left several. With never getting a call back. You keep going up on rent but never make any changes to the residents until some one moves out. We need a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, blinds, and heater that really emits air. But its just overlooked saying it works. I have been here at the resident for many years hoping it would get better but I see that's not important at all. This might be my last lease renewal if this years goes well for me. Which I'm sure that it doesn't make a difference if I stay or go to this property. The location is fantastic I wouldn't change anything about that , its one of the reason I chose this residents.
