HOME

I have lived for two years and had no issues with management. The property is kept clean all year around. Two swimming pools and a small gym kept up. My apartment is in great shape. Stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher have been running good for me throughout my stay. My internet service is through Xfinity which has been running super-fast for me. I am fortunate to have parking garage which makes it a plus for me. Location of the property is close to lots of shopping centers. There's a nice walking trail next to the property that cuts right through the trees and makes it a nice place to go walking and be out. People in the office have been extremely nice. Today I am extending my stay with signing another year's lease.

The carport situation seems a bit unfair, just because I have a small 1 bedroom disqualifies me from having the option to buy a carport. Yet I pay nearly $2,000 a month in rent is absurd.
