What others love about this property:
Dishwasher in unit
Most are acceptable. Problems exist that needs immediate attention are the unhealthy residue left in dishwasher after washes that increases after every wash. Second: is being on floor level shows a level of maintenance in the patio area of lumber rot and/or rodent inhabitation to the point of replacement from old age. I would recommend this complex because I feel very safe here
This is a very good location and very near to the freeway and is very safe. Have lived here for 15 years and have never had any problems. Maintenance is excellent here because they always take care of any problem quickly. The staff is also very kind and helpful to the residents. Would recommend!

Poor quality painting, kitchen cabinets, appliances, year-round sweating windows, and poor wall heating insulations.

Really good apartments!
I've been at Breckenridge for a few years and I've had absolutely no problems here. The area has high traffic so there are certain things to watch for but the apartments are spacious and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. I remember when I got my initial lease and I was stuck in a was in an extended stay. I was extremely worried it would be denied but the staff here made it a seamless process.

It's just ok
Over priced and don't tell me about "market Value" again. Over 7 years my rent has gone up $600.00 to not be able to have friends over due to lack of parking and having my paid spot occupied by others, smell pot smoke when it's not allowed. People smoking everywhere, Noise at all hours, my car getting pounded by disrespectful people and animal poop everywhere and the smell of dog poop everywhere.
