Why Renters Love It Here
not too shabby
Ive been living here 2 years, and its not been too bad, the rent increases arent crippling and the location is nice.
Great place
I have only lived here a couple months, but I love it! Great location, nice neighbors, quiet area, large space.
Beautiful Space; Difficult Maintenance; and Other Stuff
I have lived here for a year. I would recommend this place as it has a spacious communal area (lots of kitchen space and a big, open living room. We've been told due to the infrastructure that the gap in the door is unrepairable unless they redid the entire door, door frame, and supports there. So, be prepared to lose heat in the Winter, get door mats caught on the door, and all the pollen and leaves blowing in, during the Spring. The maintenance will notify you with a phone call half an hour to two hours before they show up, so make sure you have good communication with your roommates to know where everyone is when they call. Neighborhood is pretty safe, though the walls are thin. Note: the only gas that seems to be needed in the house is for the fireplace. There was a little confusion/mystery for my group when we first moved in.
Slightly above average
Living here so far has been nothing less than average, which is a great thing in my opinion. It's not top of the line but it's fine for a college student, especially considering how close it is to WWU campus. I would recommend living here considering it is cheaper than the dorms on campus. The ammenities are nice and worth it.
Good place, average experience
Lived here for less than a year and its a pretty typical renting situation. Would love if they would fix a couple things that we have asked for that have been either ignored or denied. Other than that, the people we have talked to are lovely and the space is a great one.
