My biggest issue if No assigned parking-too many cars per apt makes it hard to find space later in day/evening. Pool hrs poor. Amenities nice but poor availability. Grounds kept up nice

Life at Regency Park

I have lived at Regency for 6 years and left for 6 months, but came back soon after. The apartments are really nice and well maintained, making them feel new to live in. The staff at Regency are all very friendly and helpful, and the amenities are awesome, especially having a pool for the summer and a fitness center. The value for money is something that you cannot beat in a well located part of town. The community of Regency Park is a friendly atmosphere and people here look out for one another. Regency Park has been a life safer to my family of 5 kids, and I don't know how I would be able to afford a place without this as an option. I recommend Regency if you are looking for a great community, with helpful staff and a comfortable new-UpToDate apartment for yourself and/or family.

Close to shopping, eateries and coffee shops

My kids and I have lived here since 2017 and we have enjoyed the peaceful space that our little corner has. The location is great because it is close to the freeway, main roads and lots of local food and coffee shops

The office is closed on Sundays and Mondays so access to amenities on Sundays is off limits because nobody's there. when the office is open it's only open till 5:00 in the winter until 6:00 in the summer which makes it difficult for people who work all day to take advantage of any of the amenities so it makes me wonder why I'm paying for amenities that I don't often get to use. The parking here is a joke. Sime of the spaces are too skinny and people cant park in those w/out their cars getting dinged or hit. The parking lot has been lined with numbers for over a year as we've been promised to be given assigned parking spaces and yet we still wait. The managers office has 4 parking spaces alotted firbthem, yet there are only 3 management personnel and maintenance has their own spots. The mailboxes we're torn down over a month ago to be replaced, making everybody have to go to the office to get their mail. Meaning we can only get mail when the office is open. We were told that the new mailboxes would be built within a week, yet t's been over a month and still nothing is getting done. With as big as this apartment complex is and the amount of money it brings in, these issues should be non-existent.

Our Pet Policy We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.
