So this is going to sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s not I promise. Tiffany is simply amazing! She deserves a raise! I came in to get a wine storage and I have never received a warmer welcome in my life. It truly felt like I was sitting with family for the 20 min of setting up my account. Examples: They noticed my dog in my van and were eager to say hello, they had pizza ordered and it arrived while I was there, they offered me pizza, and also my phone died while I was there and they plugged it in for me and I didn’t even ask them to. I thought I needed my phone for the account setup, but no they just were offered to be nice. Overall I just felt like Tiffany and the younger guy also working were legit my family, great at making small talk. I felt exceedingly comfortable the entire time. She offered me a tour and to take me to my unit. It truly felt like a 5 star service experience, and I know customer service. It didn’t feel fake. Anyways I know this is just a storage unit business, but I have now had multiple interactions with Tiffany over the last year and I just love her and had to share :) Also the wine storage offered by storequest is really awesome and works great for the small amount of items I need to store. Thanks Storequest! Thanks Tiffany! And Thanks Tony Hawk! ... Read more

Expensive so let’s start there, they charge for lock, insurance and application processing fees. Everything you do they want to charge. While some might think that’s normal, I say go look at the place on the inside and tell me if it’s worth spending the money. Originally my cost for a 5x4 was about 50 bucks including the insurance that’s 16 bucks. Then they decided to later start charging me 91 bucks for that same size. I ended up leaving because I’m not going to pay 112 dollars for such a small space. Next door at advanced heated storage, it’s 80 for a 5x5 and they never charge for any of this stuff or charge extra. They are way more kind when it comes to forgiveness. But this place, storquest, they need to get a grip on reality and stop charging so much. This isn’t the place you wanna go for long term. Even short term is iffy honestly. But I want to be clear about one thing, the workers are very kind. I have no issues with the wonderful people who work there. I do however have an issue with the person who owns the company and allows the charges for everything. So would I recommend this? Absolutely NOT. ... Read more

I am reading other reviews about friendly service and I am thinking I must have done these people wrong somehow because that is NOT the experience I had AT ALL. I am still shocked by how rude this lady was to me 2 out of 3 interactions. The first time we met, it was totally fine. But things went downhill from there. I also experienced rate hikes. I considered staying after shopping around, but decided life is too short to put up with people who are this MEAN. Aside from being treated like trash, I had a good experience. It is good to note that you need a different lock here. It's some custom thing. So don't show up with a traditional lock and anticipate an additional charge because it must be purchased when you open the unit. ... Read more

The building is new and clean, but the whole process is a joke. You have to put in your code to get into the building, which is fine, but then you have to put it in again to get into the elevator. Your timing has to be precise or 1) The elevator won't come 2) You won't be able to push the button of the floor you want or 3) You'll get stuck in the elevator (all three happened to us). It's really, really inconvenient. Also, be prepared for the tour when you rent your unit. They talk to you like you're five years old. ... Read more

Predatory company policies. Multiple rate hikes after the promotional rate expires. Then when I tried to call the office directly, unfortunately no one picked up and I was sent to the main corporate line - The first representative was unable to do anything for me other than "freeze" the rate for two more months. After checking online and seeing that the lower rates are still available for NEW customers, I called back. The representative I spoke to the second time was Rude, with a capital R. Over a year with them and over $100 in rent hikes that aren't/weren't reflected on the website or explained at time of onboarding. The website still shows a *standard* rate for my same unit that is almost $70 cheaper than they are going to try to charge me starting May. Needless to say unless they can make this right, my stuff will be out by the end of my currently paid rental period. Update: called the provided resolution number and prior to even speaking to someone I was placed on a several minute music hold. The individual I spoke to was very kind and understanding, but as they are unable to do anything to change the rate I'm gone by the end of the month. This company is predatory. ... Read more

Tiffany is the one that helped me today and if you get her, you are in luck! That is one cool lady…her customer service and storage tour was stellar! Beware!! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I was not treated well at this facility. They treated my poorly with a huge rate hike then trust issues. I was the customer and gave them no reason to distrust me. I set up payment for autopay and did not store anything shady. We wanted to store some belongings for a trip to Alaska. We drove an extra 45 minutes to store our belongings here and save money. The rate we signed up for was $69/month. I did not sign up for an intro reduced rate special. I signed up for a full price unit. 2 months into the lease, they raised the rate 35% to $93. They claimed to have mailed written notice but that was never received. Other friction points in my experience: They try to sell you their insurance policy. My current insurance covers my belongings but they didn’t trust me until I mailed them my policy and explained how it does. I even told them they could call my insurance company if I hey had questions. And!! When I moved out of the unit, I had to prove that I removed the lock I paid for by showing them the lock. If they were really that concerned, they could have done a walk through of the unit with me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StorQuest Self Storage - 1155 Lincoln Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by StorQuest Self Storage - 1155 Lincoln Street start from $67 and can go up to $410 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
