The location of the building is terrific and with the rising rates of rent, the value is pretty good. I wish the interior could be upgraded. For instance, the bench in the lobby where the packages are put is stained and very old. It isn't very pleasant for me if my guests notice how raggy it is. The artwork is haphazard and outdated. While I appreciate the holiday decorations, they too are old and look like they just got out of storage and put up without thought. Sometimes the lobby smells like mold. I think a few simple upgrades to the interior space could go a long way. Thanks for providing this space for suggestions.

The area around is so beautiful, the parking is cery big and conviniet, very lovely neighbors

View is nice. Dishwasher did not work, ot leaked in to the dining area carpet and has now left a stain,but is getting replaced. Fridge needed to be leveled as the door would not shut because it would fall all the way open. Maintenance man came, but it is still not level. Freezer door slightly pops open when the fridge door is shut. Seal must be week. Maintenance was notified. Trying to figure out a time that will work. Maintenance-hard to communicate with. Definitely a language barrier. Nice enough man. Very dog friendly. Have not ised gym yet. Went down there amd couldnt figure out how to turn lights on. Will check ot oit when ankle is healed. Have only met a coiplr of other residents. Next door neighbor has a young girl who seems to wake ip crying alot in the middle of the night, bit that is the life of living in an apartment. It would be noce if the light switch for the bathroom was in the bathroom. Also it would be nice if dining area light switch was near the dining area and the kitchen light in the kitchen. Heat in bedroom does not work well. 64.5 degrees in the morning. The thermostats dont give a degree, just high, med and low. I am good with apartment, just a few of the things i have niticed.
