Great Home - Great People

Living at this Townhome complex has been fantastic, the local manager is incredibly kind and attentive and always a delight to talk to. My neighbors are quite and kind, with the rare one-off person yelling about their parking spot. Maintenance get's on requests quickly and resolves them in a timely manner. Finally, the location could not be better, close to parks, food, downtown, and everything. The only issue I can really note is how thin the parking spaces are, it is difficult sometimes even if neighbors are parking dead center of the spots to get out for larger or disabled individuals. Garages are nice, and the shared back yard is normally clean and organized.
