Don’t see what you’re looking for? You don’t have to keep checking back. Our floor plans are displayed at the apartment type level, so all floor plans remain visible on our website at all times. If you see an "Apply Now" button, that means there is currently an available apartment within that floor plan. Click into the listing for additional details about the specific unit. If you see a "Join the Waitlist" button, that means there are no apartments currently available for that floor plan. However, that does not mean your search is over. By submitting a waitlist application, you'll be notified as soon as an apartment matching that floor plan becomes available. When a unit opens up, we will email everyone on the waitlist for that apartment type, and the opportunity will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlist applications are not fully processed until we receive confirmation that you are interested in the specific unit being offered. To confirm your interest, you can reply to the email notification, email rentals@redstonevt.com, or call our office at (802) 658-7400. There is no obligation to move forward if the apartment does not meet your needs. Joining a waitlist does not lock you into a lease or commitment. It simply allows us to contact you when a matching apartment becomes available.
