The apartment is perfectly situated right by the lake, offering breathtaking views that are hard to match. Waking up to the serene sight of the water every morning was an absolute delight. We love being able to see Lake Champlain and the Waterfront! One of my favorite features of this apartment is the balcony. It's the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, all while taking in the stunning lake views. The balcony is generously sized, providing ample space for outdoor dining or lounging. The apartment comes with all the amenities one could need. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The gym is clean, and almost always empty! The staff really keeps up with the maintenance which I appreciate. The covered parking is a life-saver in the winter and there's even an electric charger!

The management here totally does not care about it’s residents . They keep raising the rates and making everything difficult to do. The units need to be updated and every unit should have a bathtub. I really feel like they just do not value the residents and our feelings, nor the quality of the building. Everything to do with an issur or solving a problem is a major Altercation and for the amount of money I paid to live here it’s really not worth it. I would suggest getting a bigger building with better management. They just try to make as much money as possible without any upgrades for the residents. Also, mediocre to bad customer service.
