Why Renters Love It Here

Been here 6+ years. Love the location. Parking is ok. Recurrent issues with the hot water.

Overpriced

The landlords only care about their profits and make little "improvements" so that they can hike up the rent when they are really just cutting corners. All of the employees on the ground are super nice and helpful, the issue really lies with management and their lack of care for the tenants here

Great Space

Although I love this location, i do wish we had access to a gym, and that the roof had grills for residents to use. I also wish laundry was free for as much as we pay.

Hello I just LOVE living here - Your staff is always so kind to me and very responsive. THe third floor - my floor - is quiet and considerate and respectful which is awesome. I think the acoustics in the building are exceptional- you really don't hear other people which is unusual in an apartment building. I have been here almost 9 months and hope to be here a long time.?? --As I get ready to sign my new lease today- I have a question-I was a tiny bit taken back that the rent went up over 12%- $200. more a month. Is this typical? Will my rent continue to go up each year by 12%? Is there a cap for this apartment? The only little problem that I noticed in the building --that has happened several times-- is that some people will start their Laundry at night? or the middle of the night? and then not come back for it - THose of us who do laundry very early in the morning sometimes find that the machines or dryers have completed their cycle, but clothes have not been removed. I don't feel comfortable touching anyone's laundry, so I would never take it out. Other than that - I am super happy here. I also appreciate the holiday cookie on my door and the Sangha Studio membership. Very thoughtful! Mary Harrington-APT 305
