I've lived here about 6 months now and it's been great! Now, it doesn't come without it's fair share of issues. Foot traffic in the little alley between the building and the next lot over makes me a little uncomfortable (the unpaved one where there's no sidewalk). Noise from the hallway carries right into the apartment. There's no guest parking (i once had a guest park in my space and he got a ticket from the city). But! The layout is a dream. The kitchen : sleeping space is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, and the appliances are all great. Maintenance is friendly and timely. The location is close enough to town and the university that I don't really need to drive much. It's an excellent apartment.

Been here 6+ years. Love the location. Parking is ok. Recurrent issues with the hot water.

The landlords only care about their profits and make little "improvements" so that they can hike up the rent when they are really just cutting corners. All of the employees on the ground are super nice and helpful, the issue really lies with management and their lack of care for the tenants here

Although I love this location, i do wish we had access to a gym, and that the roof had grills for residents to use. I also wish laundry was free for as much as we pay.
