Don't See What You're Looking For? Our website displays floor plans at the apartment type level, such as studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes. Because of this, all apartment types remain visible on our website at all times, even when there is no current availability. The floor plan shown may represent one of several layouts available within that apartment type. If you see an Apply Now or Continue button, there is currently an available apartment within that apartment type. Click into the listing to view details about the specific home. If you see a Join the Waitlist button, there are no apartments currently available within that apartment type. When you join a waitlist, you are joining the waitlist for that apartment type rather than a specific floor plan or apartment. This helps us understand your preferences and contact you if a matching opportunity becomes available. If a home becomes available that fits your selected apartment type, we'll reach out directly and guide you through the next steps. If you're flexible on your move-in date, budget, apartment size, or preferred location, we encourage you to email us at rentals@redstonevt.com with those details, as it may help us identify additional options that could be a good fit. You can continue to monitor current and upcoming availability at www.redstonevt.com/rentals. Please note that waitlist applications are not screened or processed. Because of this, we cannot provide application approvals, schedule in-person tours, or provide pricing while you remain on the waitlist. If we contact you about an available apartment, and you'd like to move forward, we'll transfer your waitlist application to that specific apartment so it can be formally reviewed and processed. At that time, the required $24 credit/criminal background fee per applicant. Your application will not be fully processed until you confirm your interest in the apartment being offered. To do so, simply reply to the notification email, email rentals@redstonevt.com, or call our office at (802) 658-7400. Joining a waitlist does not create any obligation or commitment to lease an apartment. It simply allows us to notify you when a home matching your interests becomes available.
