Chanticleer is a great place to live

I love living at Chanticleer. The apartments are spacious, cozy, and clean. The location is great. Can’t beat living in 23451. I love the French doors that lead to the back patio. Kitchen size is great, also. Noise is low, and neighbors are wonderful. Parking is another ‘plus’ about this apartment complex. And, if you have a maintenance request, the staff usually responds within the hour and your request is complete within the same day. When I initially looked for an apartment two years ago, I chose Chanticleer because of its central location to Hilltop, the interstate, and the Oceanfront. There are an endless amount of amenities, like the pool. The Air Conditioner system works like a charm. I’ve never had an issue with Chanticleer’s heat and A/C. Pet-friendly environment, 24 hour maintenance, and excellent lawn care. Chanticleer feels like home, and I love its beachy atmosphere. If you’re in the search of a new home, I’d highly recommend Chanticleer. It’s perfect.
