Decent environment

The property is very very well maintained and very well kept. Aside from my parking spot constantly being flooded due to clogged drains when i pay a storm water fee. Amenities are nice when they decide to work i.e gates, dog baths, etc. The location is perfect being close to the ocean front but being directly on the run way for Oceana and next to the highway theres constantly noise but you cant fix that. Not to mention the dumpster being smashed around with the hydralics on the truck screaming every other day early in the mornings right outside my window but it is what it is. Just really wish the parking lots and sidewalks were better maintained. Always flooded or covered in sand duned on Pinesong Lane.

Best Apartments Ever!

So far, this has been one of the best apartments I have lived in since I graduated college in 2018. I have lived in a Studio and a One Bedroom and now I live in a two bedroom with my roommate. The few things we were worried about haven't caused us any issues at all. We were worried about having only one bathroom, but we both fit all of our stuff in the storage space with no problems. We were also worried about the parking since we only got one reserved space, but there is always parking available on the street or a few random open spaces. The amenities are great, and I was able to cancel my gym membership because the gym has everything you need and isn't too crowded. The rent is more than affordable, and the location is amazing! I have driven the 5 minutes to the beach more than once to watch the sun rise with my puppy. And speaking of animals, I love the amount of people I see with dogs. Sometimes there will even be little puppy playdates going on in the little animal play area that they have available. I also really appreciate the doggy bag stations that they have all around the complex so you never have to buy your own bags. It encourages everyone to clean up after their dogs. All in all, this place is great!

It’s alright

Its okay. Price on the high end, location makes sense but for a three bed room with only one spot to park not optimal. Also there is no installed lighting in rooms really inconvenient for the price.
