The buildings are extremely quite, well built, beautiful!

I have lived at Saltmeadow Bay Apartments for 1 year. I have rented at different properties over the last 10 years and this is the best property I have ever lived in. It is extremely well built, and you do not hear your neighbors on either side, above or below. It actually feels like you live in a house! The grounds are beautiful and there is a nice park with a walking track around it that backs up to the property. The staff are always nice and helpful and as you would expect, the buildings are very well maintained. Being single it is important to me to live in a community setting to not feel isolated. This is a very vibrant, safe community with nice neighbors. Everyone is very active, so it always feels vibrant and when I come through the entrance it feels like home!

A Great place to live

We have Lived here for 6 years, 6 wonderful years. Our apartment is "open" and spacious, 3bdrs, two large baths and two lovely decks on the fourth floor. Sunsets are spectacular. Love the wide halls and our lovely neighbors. Special love from all the dogs is a plus, in particular from our Dachshund, Mr Moe. Special kudos go to all the Staff, always courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is top notch, quickly responding to any issue we have. I single out Michel, Anthony, and Gary. The administrative staff, in particular Samantha, and Breata are, as Tina Turner sang, "simply the best, better than all the rest". Finally what can I say about this georgeous site, it's a botanical garden including a lovely pool, and it's other many amenities, including a spacious Club House for special events and a 'drop dead" entrance over a heavenly landscaped railroad bridge leading to this marvelously tree'd site with huge Crape Myrtles lining the streets. Finally Saltmeadow bay is filled with every age, from babies to retired, an exciting very special place to live SALTMEADOW BAY IS TRULY A HAPPY PLACE
