Best Place Ever.

We have lived here 5 years and will be so sad when we get orders. Sue and Emily are amazing up front. They are always willing to help and truly care. In 5 years I have only had one maintenance issue and it was blowing a dryer vent out. (SO rare for apartment living!) Apartments are quiet and so big. Everyone is friendly and most residents have lived here for several years. Cant say enough great things about this place. We have made lifelong friends here and if we are ever stationed in Va Beach again will def be coming back here!!

Once you move here you will not want to leave..

I arrived in the US with my family a few years ago and was quite unsure and inexperienced about renting a property. However, Su and Emily who coordinate the residents and prospective residents of Aspen Apartment made it all so much easier.
