Bad neighbors

Everything is pretty good from fast maintenance to good landscaping. Only issue is one of our neighbors smokes a lot of weed and comes through our bed room walls making it impossible to sleep in our rooms some nights. The internet situation isn't all that great we pay for very fast internet but it is really bad a lot of the nights.
