This place used to be nice. That seems to have changed dramatically. Between the maint. techs entering at random with out warning for "emergency" reasons, the downhill quality of new residents, to the junk/abandoned vehicles taking up parking spaces. Unannounced entry to my unit seems common. Cops/ICE in the parking lots at 2:30 Am hauling away people & loud domestic disputes. The property manager is "not available" when the above-mentioned issues need to be addressed. I've been in this place for almost four years. Never missed or have been late on any rent or utilities. I feel $1500 a month should buy some sense of stability and security. Clearly it does not. I will be looking for a new residence because I no longer feel safe at this complex.

I live on the second floor, and the noise from people walking on the third floor is extremely loud, so loud that I can’t rest properly. When I’m sleeping, I get startled awake every time. The floor is very old and creaks badly with an unpleasant cracking sound. I also believe that people living on the first floor can hear noise from my unit as well. If you’re considering staying here, I would recommend choosing a unit on the third floor instead.
