I’ve lived here for 3 years and overall it’s been a pleasant experience. The apartment is nice, the amenities are great, and maintenance has usually been reliable. Recently though, I’ve had a major issue. My toilet has been leaking for months and is now completely unusable. The maintenance guy came out, said he would be back to replace it and fix the flooring, and it’s now been almost 2 months with no update or fix. I don’t blame him (he’s usually great and clearly overworked), but the fact that management has left me without a usable toilet for this long is unacceptable. Also, when our AC unit was replaced, oil was left all throughout my apartment. I was told someone would be back to clean it but that never happened. I submitted a ticket and called multiple times, but after months of waiting I gave up and got a carpet cleaner to do it myself.
