Would be a lot better if they replaced the leasing and maintenance people. No one follows up or communicates. Lots of broken locks/doors, trash in the halls, broken elevator, repeated roof leaks, and occasional pest problems. The amenities are few: a small gym, a couple co-working spots, satellite wifi that is bad in poor weather, and parking that you have to pay $100-$150/mo for.

Train and street noise is the only real issue. Just invest in a set of noise cancelling headphones and ear plugs if you ever want to sleep.

From my experience, ive had a great time living here. Although the prices are a lil high, theyre great for where we’re at in Richmond. I do wish they would have spent more time on building the apartments instead of semi rush. Insulation is not great
