Quiet and Safe

I have lived here about 9 mos and I feel very safe living here by myself. The walls are thick so I do not hear my neighbours at all, which is great. Maintenance is responsive, but does not always follow instructions to the T (which is not a huge deal, considering I don't have to pay a third party to come handle any issues!).

The Villages at Horsepen a good home

The Villages are in a great location where you still have easy access to all the hot spots of Richmond. The quite neighborhood is surround by greener with great amenities, like the pool, dog park and walk the path. Although some features of the home are a little dated these two level apartments are spacious and give you everything you need!

Only here a month but so far so good

Limited experience so fr with staff and maintenance so I cant say too much but so far positive. Best part is the locwtion. Cut my commute in half and now its so easy just to pop over to the office or alternatively grab something I left at home if i am in the office that day. Also it’s SO quiet. I cannot hear the neighbours on either side at all except maybe when one is going up the stairs.

Honest opinion

A current tenant here the parking is bad here sometimes to the point I have to park around the corner. It’s not because we don’t have the space it’s because there isn’t any lines so people park how they want and it’s just inconsiderate. The staff here are easy going it’s just the broken promises still haven’t been fixed. The maintenance I haven’t seen a maintenance person come fix anything since they replace my door when I first moved in. The location is great for me because my job is 5 minutes away. The only reason I’m still here is because it doesn’t have breed restrictions which I’m in the process of getting a dog and my job. The value doesn’t match what I’ve been dealing with but it’s quiet out here which is amazing in my honest opinion.
