Almost four years and have absolutely loved living here. The only exception is parking....however, the amazing property, LT, maintenance crew makes up for the parking oversight. I never wait long for maintenance issues which have been low maintenance issues and LT is amazing with communicating. The property is well kept by mgmt, upper and lower mgmt, tenants have to take more responsibility when it comes to where they live. This is a great property value. I want to give a shout out to the owners for not just this property but for all your properties that you have renovated and kept affordable. Looking forward to seeing the completion of your next project.
