I have been here now closing in on 5 yrs and the growth in the area is just amazing so why would I move? Everything will be just steps away. They should hire me as part of their marketing team because I tell everyone how fantastic it is to call this my hub. When they swing by they are astonished! Cooperage..That's What's Up!

Lived here 5 years. Love city living and this place is a great value. Always have parking. Maintenance request answered timely. Have had good experiences thus far with noise and neighbors.

We love our community. We've lived here going on three years and love it so much. The location is great. The staff is awesome and just so friendly. We have nothing but positives to say. We love that hardywood and other breweries are within walking distance. This is a great community!

I've been living here since March 2022, and my experience has been incredible. The price was affordable ($1480) compared to Scott's addition and all utilities included. My rent only increased $60 after my first lease term was over, which honestly shocked me. I hope it continues to be manageable increases like that. The heating/AC work great despite it being a loft apartment, I've never had issues. The appliances all work great, no major issues there. And maintenance requests usually get completed in under 48 hours, which I think is great. Only weird thing is they have visitor parking spots, but visitors also need a pass to use those visitor spots. I didn't realize thought, and I got 2 of my friends cars towed as a result (oops) Overall, it's great spot that's kinda hidden from the main hubbub of Richmond.
