Ive lived here in the same building for over 3 years and it has exeeded all expectations. The staff has been wonderful, maintenance is ALWAYS so quick to come fix anything. Ive never had noise issues in the building despite living in a college area.

So far the doors in the stair way need a mechanism so they don't slam. The walls are a little thin but people are generally quiet. The rooms are nice and the location is amazing. They do have a bit of a beetle problem in the vents but so far it has been easy to manage.

Great spot. Parking is decent since you have a small lot you can park in. City of Richmond recently closed off half of the street and made it a no park zone so that sucks. Pretty close to everything you would need. Basement level has sidewalk level windows which is a pain when all the people visiting Triple Crossing come walking by and want to check out your room. The manager(s) Ashley and Tiffany are awesome. Very personable and have quick response times.

The apartment complex is really great. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise, there are few parking spaces, and there is no recycling.
