We like this place. Proximity to Hilton is a great plus. Noise is getting bad weekend nights because of the Cabana rooftop club downtown.

Quality. Luxury. Convenient.

First month living here. I like the quality and size of the apartment. I like how close it is to restaurants and things to do. Could be closer to grocery stores. The parking provided is expensive but handy because there is no where to park for free nearby. The management is nice and responsive. The amenities (gym, pool, etc) and discounts in the hotel and associated restaurants are a big plus. I wish the gym had better free weights and a stair stepper though. I wish there was better noise control. I get woken up alot by people staying up til like 3 am in the parking lot beside the dominion energy center and there is no security hear to take care of it other than having to actually call the police which i dont like to do.

Great place just moved in

Its been a great place to live. Lots of amenities indoor pool and a gym and courtyard and community room. Great restaurants closeby etc. Cant think of a better location if you like to live in a city

Convenient Location

I've been a resident for almost 10 years and it is a nice location to live. It's really nice living next door to the hotel for when my out of town relatives come to visit. Everything is pretty much in walking distance - shops, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. My only complaint is the person above me that is apparently operating a bowling alley 24 hours a day. Note - I have never heard my upstairs neighbors until May 2022 and I've been in the same until since 2015. It's not the unit, it's the neighbor. Other than that, it has been a nice place to live.
