It's been good living here so far, building is nice and in a good spot

Love the layouts of the building, incredibly cool! Have made a few calls to maintenance in the past that went unanswered but they have had a new girl at the leasing office that is great now! Homeless people do tend to sleep in the stairwell areas which is called about frequently but is not always a consistent problem through the years. The price is great considering the only thing other than rent is electric (wifi, cable, water, trash, sewer, etc.) Parking does not come with the complex (despite the attached garage - for the condos) so you will need to park on Grace St.
