Great place for college students

I have been living here for a few months now and so far its been great. Rent is affordable, location is great, and the apartments are really pretty! This place really came as a blessing because we needed an apartment near to college that wasnt super expensive and still good!!

Love it!

Can never hear neighbors, maitnance is super nice and on it, keypad instead of keys is very convenient! Great location, close to browns island for walking, driving takes 10 minutes to get anywhere in Richmond!

Easy living

Almost two years in. Anytime I have an issue it is dealt with swiftly. They clearly keep up on the maintenance of the building, responding quickly if there is an issue.
