I have been living here for about 2 months now. The location is great, but weekend nights can be extremely loud and the windows of my apartment are not insulated and does not reduce much noise. Every time I have had a maintenance request, it was taken care of thoroughly within the next day or two.

It is very loud and there is nowhere to park, however it is in a prime location with great a great price.
