Good apartment complex
Too much noise specially on the weekend. Administration needs to orient the residents about limiting noise specially late time (past 10pm)
Love Living Near Capital Trail and River!
The location is awesome for outdoor recreation. My building is a block from the river and is so quiet. Grounds are clean and well-maintained. Staff are very responsive and polite. Maintenance shows up and gets the job done quicker than in any apartment building I’ve ever lived in before. Word is there will be additional bike storage soon, which will take Amenities to 4.5 stars. Shame, for now, to be so near an amazing bike path and have to use up balcony space to store my bike.
